Happy Thanksgiving to all of our friends and family! Our little turkeys are ready to eat some gobble gobble today! As Thanksgiving is upon us, we take time to reflect on all the blessings God has granted us. We are thankful for these two active little children that God has given us...for their continued health and safety. We are thankful for our families...that everyone is doing well and that we are able to share special moments with them. We are thankful for the baby-to-be that God has entrusted us with. We are thankful to live in a country full of freedom and opportunity where we are able to give all praise and honor to our Lord and Savior. May each of you be blessed for all of your thanksgivings!

More Leaf Fun!
Hawkeye Basketball Game
AWW!!!!!
Mommy's Little Chefs
Carson has been very into helping me cook lately! Here he is helping make the potato soup...picking out just the right potatoes to slice...
Dropping his potato slices into the water...
At first Ava was too busy to care...
Then, of course, she had to join in the fun too!
You can't tell, but she is NOT a good stirrer! Flooded the stove!
The potato soup did turn out delish in the end!

Fun in the Leaves!
At the Farm
Halloween fun!
We actually convinced Carson and Ava to scoop the goop out of their pumpkins this year!
Modeling with our jack-o-lanterns

Here's our trick-or-treating clan...Aunt Amy joined in the fun for the 3rd year! It was a lot of fun watching them this year because they really got into it! By the end of the night they had so much candy we had to carry their bags in between houses!
Trunk or Treat
Our church held a fun event the weekend before Halloween, called trunk-or-treat, where you decorate the trunk of your car. It was fun...but a very blustery day! We did a Hawkeye theme since we had our football player and cheerleader.
The fire truck came so we got to check that out!
A cold cheerleader with a cute ladybug!
Daddy and his football player!
