Fun in the Leaves!

We had a great time playing in the leaves on a cool Saturday morning...and of course Mommy turned it into a mini photo shoot!

Herky the Hawkeye!

Carson was petrified of this life size Herky when Papa and Grammy gave it to him for his birthday. But after Ava showed him he was okay and gave great high fives, they're both giving him hugs and saying "Go Hawks!"

Aw...the cute things kids say...

We were in the van the other day and Ava said, "That's my mommy." Carson, not wanting to be outdone said, "That's MY daddy!" Then a bit later Ava said, "Mommy, you're the best my friend." Chad and I looked at each other, wondering what she had said, and then she said, "Mommy, you're my best friend." How sweet! And of course Carson chimed in too..."Daddy, you're my best friend!"

The other day Carson and Ava had woken up from their nap, and I was downstairs with the monitor on. I heard a lot of jumping going on upstairs in the cribs. Then Ava said, "Carson, jump higher, jump higher!" Carson then replied back, "I'm doing it!!"

Fun at Sass Family Farm!

We had a great time at Sass Family Farm....they had a corn bin, petting zoo, hayrack ride, and pumpkins to play in!

We had lots of fun at our birthday party! Got lots of fun new toys too!

We're TWO!

I can't believe my babies are two!! They have grown up so quickly! We had a fun birthday...not nearly as messy with the cake!
